This is the official rulebook for participating in the MJB Care Affiliate Program.

By joining or promoting MJB Care, you agree to follow these policies. These rules are part of your legal agreement with MJB Care.

1. Code of Conduct

MJB Care is built on trust, transparency, and patient protection.
All affiliates must follow these principles:

Be Honest and Accurate

• Do NOT make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims

• Do NOT guarantee results

• Always explain that outcomes depend on the clinic and doctor

Add Real Value

• Your content must be original

• Do not copy content from MJB Care or others without permission

• Focus on helping patients understand their options

No Spam

You must NOT:

• Send unsolicited messages (DMs, emails, WhatsApp spam)

• Mass message strangers without consent

All communication must be respectful and permission-based.

Play Fair

You must NOT:

• Use fake leads or fake patients

• Manipulate tracking or referrals

• Use deceptive tactics

No Self-Referrals

• You cannot refer yourself or people acting on your behalf

• This is considered fraud

2. Mandatory Transparency (Very Important)

You MUST clearly disclose that:

You earn a commission when someone uses your link

Important: Always Communicate This Clearly

Affiliates must clearly inform their audience that:

The price of treatment is exactly the same whether they use your referral or not.

Using your referral:

• Does NOT increase the price

• Does NOT add extra fees

• Purely supports the affiliate for their promotional effort

This is crucial for building trust.
Patients should feel confident using your link, knowing they are not paying more—but supporting you as their advisor

Examples of Good Disclosure:

• “I earn a commission if you use my link. Prices are publicly listed and fixed, but through my referral you may receive a special discount.”
• “This is a paid referral. Prices are standardized, but using my link can give you access to exclusive discounts.”
• “The base price is fixed on their website, but using my referral may give you a better deal.”

Not Acceptable:

• Hidden disclosures

• Vague terms like “affiliate link” only

Where to Place It:

• At the beginning of posts/caption

• Clearly visible in videos

• Near your affiliate link

3. Medical & Ethical Communication Rules

Because this is healthcare, stricter rules apply:

You must NOT:

• Give medical advice

• Recommend treatments as a professional

• Guarantee results

You must:

• Encourage patients to verify:

  • Clinics

  • Doctors

  • Materials

• Clearly explain:

“MJB Care connects you with quality and tried providers. We do not perform treatment.”

4. Marketing & Promotion Rules

You are fully responsible for your marketing.

Email Marketing

If you send emails:

• Must include opt-out option

• Must identify YOU as sender (not MJB Care)

• Must be honest and non-misleading

Messaging (WhatsApp / SMS)

• You must have user consent before messaging

• No cold spam messaging

Legal Compliance

You must follow all applicable laws including:

• Advertising laws

• Data protection laws

• Consumer protection rules

5. Data Privacy & Protection

If you collect any user data:

You must:

• Protect it securely

• Use it responsibly

• Comply with applicable data laws

You must also:

• Have your own privacy policy

• Clearly state you are an independent affiliate of MJB Care

6. Patient Protection Position (Core Principle)

MJB Care exists to protect patients from:

• Hidden fees

• Fake materials

• Upselling scams

• Misleading clinics

Your content MUST reflect this honestly.

You must NOT:

• Overhype

• Hide risks

• Sell aggressively

7. Brand Usage Rules

You may:

• Use approved MJB Care materials

You may NOT:

• Modify logos

• Use MJB Care name in domains/usernames

• Pretend to be MJB Care

8. Tracking & Fair Use

• Commissions are based on valid referrals

• You must use your assigned link/code

Prohibited:

• Fake traffic

• Cookie manipulation

• Attribution manipulation

9. Complaints & Monitoring

If you receive a complaint:

You must report it within 24 hours

We may:

• Monitor your content

• Review your marketing

• Request changes

10. Enforcement

Violating these rules may result in:

• Immediate removal from program

• Loss of commissions

• Legal action if necessary

11. Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

• Your marketing

• Your content

• Your compliance with laws

12. Final Principle

MJB Care is not a “quick money” affiliate program.

It is a patient-first system.

We expect affiliates to:

• Act ethically

• Promote honestly

• Protect patients
