General Dental Treatment Warranty
At MJB Care, we provide a standard 2-year limited warranty to all patients for specific dental treatments, under the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Warranty Coverage
This General Warranty applies only to the following dental treatments performed by MJB Care:
Dental Crowns
Dental Implants
Full-Arch / All-on-X Implant Treatments
No other dental treatments or procedures are covered under this General Warranty.
2. Warranty Period
The General Warranty is valid for two (2) years and begins from the date the dental treatment is completed.
3. What Is Covered
During the 2-year warranty period, if a covered treatment fails due to:
Material defect
Workmanship issue
Clinical error directly attributable to MJB Care
MJB Care will repair or replace the affected treatment at no additional cost, subject to clinical evaluation.
All corrective treatment under this warranty must be performed exclusively at MJB Care in Turkey.
4. Treatment Documentation
Warranty coverage applies only to the exact treatments performed and documented in the patient’s clinical records, which may include:
Tooth or implant position
Treatment type
X-rays and diagnostic imaging
Dentist’s clinical notes
Any treatment not documented is not covered.
5. What Is NOT Covered
This General Warranty does not cover issues arising from:
Poor oral hygiene or failure to follow post-treatment instructions
Medical or systemic conditions (including but not limited to diabetes, osteoporosis, immune disorders)
Bruxism (teeth grinding) unless disclosed and documented prior to treatment
Smoking, alcohol, or drug use
Accidents, trauma, or misuse of teeth
Normal wear and tear
Aesthetic dissatisfaction or change of personal preference
Dental work altered, repaired, or performed by another clinic or dentist
Travel, accommodation, and related expenses are not covered.
6. Patient Responsibilities
To maintain warranty validity, the patient must:
Maintain proper oral hygiene
Attend recommended follow-up visits
Inform MJB Care of any relevant medical changes
Avoid unauthorized dental treatment by third parties
Failure to comply may result in partial or full warranty invalidation.
7. Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the patient must:
Contact MJB Care directly
Attend a clinical examination at our clinic
Allow our dental team to assess the issue
Remote evaluations are not sufficient for warranty claims.
8. Limitations of Liability
This General Warranty:
Does not provide refunds or monetary compensation
Is limited to corrective treatment only
Is non-transferable and valid only for the original patient
MJB Care’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the covered treatment.
9. Governing Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
10. Acceptance
By receiving treatment at MJB Care, the patient acknowledges and accepts the terms of this General Warranty.

Buying A Dental Treatment Warranty – Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose of the Dental Warranty
This Dental Warranty (“Warranty”) provides limited coverage exclusively for specific dental treatments performed by MJB Care, located in Turkey, as detailed in the individual Warranty Certificate issued to the patient at the time of purchase.
The Warranty applies only to dental work completed by our clinic and only to the treatments explicitly documented.
2. Scope of Coverage
The Warranty covers failure or defects arising directly from dental treatments performed by our clinic, including but not limited to:
Restorations
Crowns, bridges, veneers
Implants and implant-supported prosthetics
Root canal treatments
Other procedures expressly listed
Coverage applies only to:
The specific tooth/teeth treated
The specific procedure(s) performed
The condition of the oral cavity at the time of treatment
All covered treatments are clearly identified in the Warranty Certificate, including:
Tooth number(s) and treatment area(s)
Type of dental procedure performed
Diagnostic X-rays
Clinical photographs (if applicable)
Dentist’s clinical notes
Any dental work not listed in the Warranty Certificate is not covered.
3. Warranty Period
The Warranty period begins from the date the dental treatment is completed, not from the purchase date of the Warranty package.
Available Warranty Packages:
1-Year Added Protection – €1,200
5-Year Added Protection – €5,100
7-Year Added Protection – €5,460
Coverage automatically expires at the end of the selected Warranty period.
4. What Is Covered
If a covered dental treatment fails due to materials, workmanship, or clinical error directly attributable to our clinic, we will:
Repair or replace the affected treatment
At no additional cost
Only at our clinic in Turkey
Within the active Warranty period
The decision on the appropriate corrective treatment is made solely by our clinical team after examination.
5. What Is NOT Covered
The Warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:
Dental issues caused by poor oral hygiene, including:
Failure to brush, floss, or maintain proper dental care
Missed professional cleanings or follow-up visits
Conditions caused or influenced by medical or systemic health issues, such as:
Diabetes, osteoporosis, autoimmune diseases
Cancer treatments, radiation, chemotherapy
Bruxism (teeth grinding) unless previously disclosed and documented
Damage caused by:
Accidents, trauma, or injury
Smoking, alcohol, or drug use
Improper use of teeth (e.g., biting hard objects)
Normal wear and tear
Aesthetic changes or patient dissatisfaction unrelated to functional failure
Treatments performed, adjusted, or modified by any third-party dentist or clinic
Failure to follow post-treatment instructions automatically voids the Warranty.
6. Patient Responsibilities
To maintain Warranty validity, the patient must:
Maintain proper daily oral hygiene
Attend recommended follow-up visits every 6 months
Inform the clinic of any relevant medical changes
Avoid unapproved dental treatments by third parties
Failure to meet these obligations may result in partial or total Warranty invalidation.
7. Claims Procedure
To make a Warranty claim, the patient must:
Contact MJB Care directly
Provide the original Warranty Certificate
Allow clinical examination at our facility
Claims cannot be processed remotely.
Travel, accommodation, and related expenses are not covered by the Warranty.
8. Limitations of Liability
This Warranty:
Does not provide refunds or cash compensation
Is limited exclusively to corrective dental treatment
Is non-transferable and valid only for the original patient
Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of re-treatment of the covered dental work.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a Dental Warranty package, the patient confirms that they:
Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
Accept all limitations and exclusions
Agree that the Warranty applies only to treatments documented in the Warranty Certificate
